Enterprise Architect Senior

Assignment for 6 months with option to extend
Location is Eindhoven, onsite 2 days per week

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the development of high-quality architectures and support individual projects and their domain and solution architects. You will join a collaborative Enterprise Architecture team that partners with business and IT to co-develop high-level strategies, frameworks, and guardrails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-level architectures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and shape architectural decisions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to management, resolving conflicts and addressing deviations as needed.

• Support the transition to a target IT landscape, enabling transformation in areas such as Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Development.

• Guide domain and solution architects, ensuring their deliverables meet quality standards.

• Proactively oversee architecture deliverables, ensuring timely completion and alignment with standards.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in global organizations with varying levels of architecture maturity.

• Expertise in digital transformation projects, especially transitioning to data-centric IT landscapes with technologies like GenAI and ML.

• Background in industries such as manufacturing and high-tech.

• Strong experience in coaching and leading solution architects (teams of 5–10).

• Skilled in creating architectural deliverables, including diagrams and strategic roadmaps.

• Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, Archimate, and compliance standards such as SOX and ESG.

• Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
