Senior SailPoint Developer

Main responsibilities:

• Development, co-owning the technical design, configuration, and operational activities within the IGA (SailPoint) landscape;
• Contribute to refinement of features into stories for the implementation of the designed solutions line with the IAM architectural principles, standard IAM processes and the company strategy;
• Develop, validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into the IGA solution;
• Be proactive towards driving standardization and automation;
• Support DevOps practices within the IGA teams and the use of CI/CD/CT tooling.

Requested Skills:

• Min 7 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management;  
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with IGA and professional experience as hands-on developer with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience in Design and development of complex Workflows, Rules, Policies and Forms.
• You have experience with application onboardings to SailPoint and building workflows in SailPoint.
• Experience in Role Based Access Control Implementations.
• Experience in Certification Process and enforcements.
• You are familiar with operational processes like LCM activities and handling incidents.
• Experience with CI/CD/CT automation is a strong pre;
• Experience with the DevOps way of working and working in an Agile team; experience with SAFe is a pre;
• Capable of identifying improvements in processes and technology;
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. Command of the Dutch language is a plus;

Education and Certifications:

• Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area like Computer Science. Security knowledge strong pre;
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications are a strong pre;
• Agile + SAFe certifications are a plus (scrum.org and/or SAFe®certifications).
