This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and adoption within the organization.
Key focus areas include:
- Developing a structured change plan and roadmap
- onducting detailed stakeholder and change impact analyses
- Designing a comprehensive training strategy and execution plan
- Supporting rollout and hypercare
