This position is situated in the Office of the CIO (OCIO). The OCIO is a team of around 50 professionals, who are not just front runners of the IT craftmanship but connect and align this with a holistic viewpoint to other business management topics. IT Strategy & Innovation supports the IT & Data MT in defining and industrializing the IT strategy, drive strategic initiatives and orchestrate IT innovation management.
Job Description
Being an IT Organizational Change Manager means having a wide arrange of challenges.
The position is built up into two pillars:
• Be the organizational change & communication specialist for one of the larger strategic initiatives within the IT & Data organization;
• Contribute to the development of the organizational change management capability within the IT & Data organization.
Your responsibilities:
Driving change in the IT organization. You ensure the right people are involved, manage stakeholders, create the implementation plan and effectively implement improvements; Identify and mitigate the impact of change within the IT organization, and realizing the required behavioral changes that come with change.

In this role communication is key. You are an open, yet influencing communicator both towards leadership as towards larger audiences. You enjoy connecting with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization and are keen on building (and expanding) your internal network within the client as this opens doors more easily for you.
Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Organizational Change Management;
• Experience in management training, coaching and facilitation;
• Ideally experience with Agile;
• Master degree in Organizational Sciences, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation or similar.
