Job Description:
As a Junior PMO Officer, you will work closely with stakeholders within the Security Technology Team to support and optimize the progress and execution of security-related projects. You’ll manage incoming demands, ensuring they are clearly validated, assigned, and delivered on time. You will help maintain an overview of project components, support with reporting and presentations, and ensure smooth-running processes across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders;
- Oversee incoming requests to ensure clarity, validation, assignment, and timely delivery within the Security Technology sub-teams;
- Support the organization of ongoing projects and coordinate efforts across multiple teams;
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and other relevant project documentation in PowerPoint;
- Utilize JIRA for tracking project progress and managing tasks effectively;
- Assist with basic finance-related tasks associated with project tracking and budget management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of solid experience in a project support role;
- Proven skills in working with and managing various stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Solid skills in PowerPoint for clear and effective reporting;
- JIRA experience preferred;
- Understanding of financial processes is a plus;
- IT/Security knowledge is surely beneficial.
