Position Summary
The Manager IT Quality Control and Compliance is managing quality control and training activities to serve operational excellence within the IT&D department. This position requires a professional who can collaborate with different business and IT stakeholders and is knowledgeable in the areas of internal control and IT quality, compliance, and audit.
Important compliance areas are related to GxP, SOx and quality of IT service management processes. Creating awareness and educating IT stakeholders is a key element of the role.
The IT&D department of our client is focused on a product-oriented delivery model, the role will work closely with the teams of Operations & Architecture, Business Applications, and Data & Analytics to design controls which endure an agile way of working and anchor business goals.
The key responsibilities for this role will be, but not limited to:
- Manage operational quality control and compliance activities
- Manage training assignment and training compliance activities
- Manage correct handling of procedure exceptions
- Manage further automation of the IT control & compliance processes
- Identify and categorize control objectives and related controls in existing SOPs
- Actively promote awareness about IT quality control and compliance management processes within the IT&D department and facilitate training.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of (IT) quality and compliance management frameworks and legislation (GxP, Sarbanes-Oxley, Cobit or COSO)
- Solid work experience in a similar work environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Working in multinational organizations and virtual teams is a plus
- Very good communication skills and being able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and to deal with the different interests in the organization
- Very good communication skills in English
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: 40 hrs / week
- Hybdrid working: 2-3 days on-site
