We are looking for a Security Process Reporting & Automation Specialist to support the Corporate Risk Management team by improving and automating security reporting. This involves enhancing data collection, analysis, and workflows to deliver efficient, accurate security insights.
 

Summary:

In this role, you will take the lead in transforming the security reporting process for the Corporate Risk Management team. You’ll begin by reviewing the current reporting structure, analyzing how data is collected and identifying bottlenecks that hinder efficiency. By understanding the tools in use and collaborating with stakeholders, you will pinpoint opportunities for automation and improvement.

  • Work closely with security and IT teams, leveraging your expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI and programming skills in Python or SQL. Your focus will be to automate data extraction and streamline reporting workflows. You’ll design and implement automated reporting processes that ensure timely, accurate, and insightful security metrics for the team.

  • Responsible for developing scripts and automation tools to make the reporting structure scalable for future needs.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams as key communicator, ensuring that security reports meet their specific needs.

  • Document the improvements and automation processes you’ve implemented, creating clear guidelines for the team to follow.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CIISP, CISM, CRISC) is highly preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in information security, security risk management or data analytics roles with strong focus on reporting, metrics and strategic analysis.

  • Extensive experience on data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, and others.

  • Proven experience on managing and analyzing data from security services such as SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, assessments, and risk management systems.

  • Advanced understanding on information security frameworks and risk management practices

  • Experience in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis, report automation and predictive modelling.

  • Expertise in integrating data from various sources to create a comprehensive, automated and actionable reporting structure.

  • Excellent analytical. Problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
