We are urgently looking for a Spotfire Reporting Analyst.

The primary objective of this assignment is to support, improve, and automate the security reporting activities of Corporate sector of our client. This will include enhancing data collection, analysis, reporting processes and automating workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in delivering security insights.

Tasks
Security Reporting Process Review and Optimization

  • Review current reporting processes, including tools and data sources.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Data Extraction and Analysis

  • Assist with automated data collection and extraction from relevant data sources. Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of reported metrics. Identify key trends and actionable insights from the data.

Report Generation and Automation

  • Support the development of improved templates for security reports.
  • Ensure timely generation and distribution of security reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Automate the report generation process to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Implement workflows, or scripts to streamline data gathering and reporting processes.

Automation of Reporting Workflow

  • Develop scripts, tools, or automation routines to streamline data extraction and report generation.
  • Integrate automated processes with existing tools and platforms.
  • Ensure the automation solutions are scalable and adaptable to future reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Work closely with security, IT, and management teams to ensure reporting meets stakeholders’ needs.
  • Address ad-hoc reporting request as required by stakeholders.

Recommendation and Documentation

  • Document improvements made to the security reporting activities, including all automation scripts, workflows, and tools developed.
  • Document the internal procedures to guide the team members on how to create a certain report.
  • Provide recommendation for long-term improvements and additional opportunities for automation.
