Our hightech client in the Eindhoven area is looking for an experienced interim Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of an Opex management tool. We’re looking for someone with implementation experience, ideally with a technical component such as system rollouts or tool implementations. Given the change management challenges in this project, strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of organizational dynamics (read: tact) are essential.
Key focus areas include:
- Setting up and structuring the project team and workstreams
- Monitoring progress across all tracks, including risk management
- Managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Leading the technical track, from design to build to go-live
